Byron was one of the first members of the Armstrong-Smith Consulting family. As the Training Coordinator, he supervises the delivery and installation of each training session. He works closely with clients to ensure a sucecssful experience. A leader in developing and refining our training materials, Byron takes great care and pride in his work as he helps each client with their business intelligence needs.

He has developed custom training and presented training sessons at over 50 higher education institutions as well as government agencies and private companies. An expert in Oracle Discoverer Administrtor and End-user tools, he empowers students to meet their reporting requirements.

While living for 2 years in Chile, South America, he served the people and taught principles of self-reliance and accountability. A master teacher, fluent in Spanish, Byron will help you understand the tools you need to improve your business intelligence initiatives.

Lydia Jones, Technical Trainer

Lydia is the newest addition to Armstrong-Smith Consulting. She started in January 2008 and is now proficient in training users in Oracle Discoverer and Administrator.

She has worked with higher education clients as well as businesses all around the nation. Before she came here she lived in Ecuador for 18 months giving humanitarian service and teaching English. Like Byron, above, Lydia is also fluent in Spanish.

She went to school at Brigham Young University in Idaho where she obtained her A.S. in General Studies.

Lydia is excited about helping people learn skills to improve their business.

Jennifer Jones, Senior Technical Trainer

Jennifer is a Senior Technical Trainer with specialist knowledge in Oracle Discoverer and has helped to develop customized and standardized documentation and training manuals for the last two years.

She has conducted over 30 training engagements involving Oracle Discoverer Administrator and End User tools, Oracle Applications E-Business Suite, and has performed Report Writing Workshops for Universities and Business throughout the US and Canada.

Jennifer graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2003 before joining the team at Armstrong-Smith Consulting in 2006.

Stephanie Smith, Office Manager and Technical Trainer

Stephanie is the lifeline of Armstrong-Smith Consulting.

As Office Coordinator, she is the eyes, ears, and voice of the company.

She maintains and coordinates contracts, travel arrangements and expenses. She has also assisted in countless training engagements for the Oracle Discoverer Administrator and End User tools.
